Migration Associates - Social Media Management

As part of a wider review of all marketing activities, New Zealand visa specialists Migration Associates requested that Cherry Marketing focus on their social media activity, understanding that this was a key area for them to engage with their audience.

We began by carrying out an audit of their current social media channels (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn) and previous posting activities, and worked to ‘polish the hubs’ – ensuring messaging was consistent, images used were correct and checking all available applications were integrated properly. We also introduced a new Pinterest page and Google+ page for the company.

Wider marketing strategy development that we carried out showed us a profile of the types of prospects that the company should target and the key messages that should be communicated to them. We set about creating and researching appropriate content and providing this to the client for them to review.

An automated messaging system was used where necessary, topped up with relevant posts, through the correct channels, where appropriate. Since the start of the activity the company has had just under 1000 quality new followers across their social hubs, and post engagement has seen a 32% uplift.
